I learnt a lot in my experience with working on ReturnPal as part of their Development team. It was a pleasure to work with Hasan-Ali and other students/recent grads in learning new technologies and building the website! One area that could use improvement in the future is communication within the web dev team. Providing a meeting schedule and outlining realistic timelines for deliverables will greatly help those who have full-time jobs and other commitments to plan accordingly. Furthermore, providing some sort of onboarding instructions that include all required resources (GitHub repos, Figma details, deadlines, etc.) will greatly reduce confusion on project needs and will provide clarity to individual team members and their tasks. Overall I'm very grateful for the experience to apply what I've learnt to a real website and intriguing project. I'm excited to see the success of ReturnPal once it launches!

Our primary aim for this website project is to give our existing site a comprehensive overhaul, incorporating new functionalities like individual client login portals. This project will be for ReturnPal's sibling company, SOHO Business Solutions. Our overarching objective is to elevate our website into a fully-fledged B2B platform, enabling clients to access their services seamlessly through personalized login credentials. In addition to this, we offer an extensive array of products and services, including business cards and printing, among others. To enhance user convenience, we intend to implement an upload feature and a streamlined payment system, facilitating hassle-free online orders for our customers.
