Dwell at Home Expansion Project
The goal of this project is to create a solid growth and marketing plan to scale our business model though out Alabama and the Southeastern part of the United States by year three. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Identifying and creating a social media campaign that would effectively target and reach the families of seniors that are currently looking for their seniors care. - Creating a strategic plan through market research of execution an expansion from Birmingham, Alabama to new markets. - Conducting user testing to validate the expansion plan and marketing strategy. - Providing data and analytics to support the growth plan.
