This project focuses on advancing the sustainability initiatives of Regenesis TMU on campus by developing and implementing strategies to improve operations, community engagement, and event coordination.


The goal is to enhance the impact of programs such as the Bike Centre and Mutual Market. Participants will gain practical experience in leadership, organizational development, and sustainability-focused program management. They will collaborate with the Chapter Coordinator to set goals, align project priorities with Regenesisโ€™s mission, and lead planning sessions for specific sustainability programs.


The project also involves overseeing day-to-day operations, developing systems to monitor and evaluate program performance, and ensuring efficient management of key initiatives.


Additionally, participants will engage in writing grants and planning and executing events, workshops, and campaigns focused on sustainability and community engagement.

Deliverables

Participants will deliver a comprehensive action plan and timeline for managing assigned sustainability programs.


They will create a tracking system for managing grants and funding opportunities. The project also requires the completion of at least one event or outreach campaign and the design of a framework for future program management.


These deliverables will ensure the effective implementation and sustainability of Regenesis TMU's initiatives.
