We are seeking UX/UI support to help us transition our website from Squarespace to Shopify, ensuring an intuitive and visually stunning e-commerce experience that enhances user engagement and drives sales.


Project Goals:

  • Create an intuitive and visually appealing e-commerce experience for Curù Skin’s Shopify website.
  • Identify and address usability gaps from the existing platform to enhance user flows and conversion rates.
  • Develop design solutions that align with user needs and Curù Skin’s brand identity.
Deliverables

Review Requirements and Existing Designs

  • Audit the current Squarespace site to understand existing user flows, pain points, and bottlenecks.
  • Review any past design feedback and analytics to inform the project direction.
  • Conduct competitive research to analyze strengths and weaknesses of competitor websites, with actionable recommendations.


Design Audit

  • Audit the current user flow to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Provide a detailed summary of findings and initial design recommendations.
  • Research and recommend optimal Shopify plugins for currency, language, shipping, marketing, and other functionalities and consider in designs.

Persona Development & User Journey Mapping

  • Develop user personas and map their journey through the website to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for optimization.

Redesign Recommendations with Wireframes

  • Create improved user flows tailored to distinct user types (e.g., first-time visitors, repeat customers).
  • Deliver wireframes or mockups that demonstrate how proposed solutions address usability gaps and align with Curù Skin’s brand identity.
  • Incorporate modern design principles while reflecting the premium, natural beauty of Curù Skin.

High-Fidelity Mockups & Prototypes

  • Develop conversion-focused landing pages, recommending compelling copy and high-quality images that highlight Curù Skin's story and product benefits.
  • Design a visually cohesive e-commerce site tailored to the skincare industry, reflecting the brand’s premium, sustainable ethos.
  • Produce high-fidelity mockups and create a clickable prototype in Figma to validate designs.
  • Include mobile and desktop versions to ensure responsive design.

Finalize

  • Provide a comprehensive handoff package, including all deliverables, findings, and insights, to ensure easy integration into future projects.
