Project Examples

Requirements

Beginning this June, a group of five MBA student-consultants will spend 300+ hours (as a collective team) over an intensive 2.5-week period solving a current organizational challenge or opportunity.

Based on the information and objectives you provide, the student-consultants will research, analyze, and develop a strategic plan to execute a solution that addresses your challenge or opportunity.

Example challenges include, but are not limited to:

  • New market entry
  • Value chain analysis
  • Human Resources Initiatives
  • Recruitment strategy
  • Leadership or change management
  • Operations management solutions
  • Leveraging new technologies for change
  • Expansion strategy

Please ensure you are committed and able to meet with students twice during the project's duration (June to July) and that you are able to respond to their enquiries in a timely matter. As this is a short consulting engagement, any delays may prevent the students from completing their projects effectively.

Organization Selection Criteria:

While we are most interested in large enterprise, we will also consider companies at the cutting edge of the future of work, including companies that are market disruptors; technology driven companies; high growth companies; and companies with a "cool factor" that bring a buzz of excitement with them.
