Marketing Strategy Evaluation

We want students to help evaluate our marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition?

Mobile App Development

Our company, Nethubb provides students access to membership-based organizations to establish a professional network before entering the workforce. Currently we have a Progressive Web App and are ready to take it to another level and create our OS and Android app for our users. We will use our app to connect students to membership based organizations based on their interest and provide career resources to help them meet their career goals. We would like to collaborate with students to create an ported version of our app in a new technology, so more users can access our services. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our platform, products and services. Familiarizing themselves with the features we would like to re-implement in the adapted version. Recreating features for our ported version. Recommending ways to minimize the challenges of app porting. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing the new app.

BUS399 _ Week 10 _ Riipen Feedback of Valerie of Nethubb We want to thank Valerie and the entire Nethubb team for another amazing term. The students always learn so much from working on the Nethubb projects. Valerie always brings positive energy, industry knowledge, and professional experience to the team project. She always provides unlimited access for the students to hold team meetings, review their website, learn more about their business partners, and clarify their project charter. The Nethubb team always helps create a positive learning environment for our students’ teams to ensure project success. Valerie and the Nethubb team create a positive learning environment for our Strayer students and provided a friendly working atmosphere that was both positive and productive. Valerie always works closely with the individual teams and holds productive group meetings on Zoom that were very productive for examining the scope of the client project. Nethubb encourages creativity and allows the students to incorporate the proven strategies and tactics associated with the weekly course topics. One of the primary objectives of this course design is to give students the opportunity to work in a team environment and implement project management strategies into a group project. Valerie and the entire Nethubb team are always available to help the students achieve these course objectives, This was a great learning experience for the Strayer students and created a win-win scenario to work on a challenging team project that provided real world solutions for our business partner. The Riipen program brings a new dimension to the student learning process. The Nethubb team creates a strong working dynamic that provided the Strayer students with a powerful learning opportunity that they can draw from their future careers.
