The goal of this project is to develop a scheduling program using JavaScript that allows users to manage shifts, payroll, and other automated workflows . The program will provide a user-friendly interface for creating customized workflows for departments within a hospital.. It will include features for viewing schedules in different formats (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly) and will support notifications for request for time off, vacation and shift swaps. We are particularly interested in: -Creating an app where the program can be hosted on a server -The scheduler needs to be able to connect to legacy systems with exporting CSV files. -Develop a web based dashboard frontend -Implement a responsive design to ensure usability on different devices. -Implement authentication
ICT Ignite - Cyber Security Project
The main goal of this project is to plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade security measures for the protection of [insert company here]'s data, systems and networks. Our project is in the healthcare sector, where security of data are scrutinized protected with high regard. We're looking for a vulnerability report and the measures we need to take to make the the software compliant with industry standards.
Website Development
Our company advertises thousands of products online. We hope to update and revamp our existing website to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to develop a new website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This can be achieved through common site building tools such as Wix, Webflow, and WordPress. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages. Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content. Providing training on updating and maintaining the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.

Our company offers a machine learning application, and we want to leverage the latest technology to gain market advantage. Applications of this technology include clinical support algorithms, predictive analytics for waitlist, and automatic reporting. We would like to collaborate with students to apply the latest artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques and have a market analysis done with a marketing strategy. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting background research on our existing products and the dataset. Analyzing our current dataset. Researching the latest AI / ML techniques and how they could be applied to our data. Developing predictive analytics that customers across the industry are interested in. Providing multiple solutions that can be applied to solve the same problem.
Healthcare Vacation Planner Application
The main goal is create a vacation planner for health care employee's that allow them ease of access and a simplified way to see what's available when picking vacation at the start of year. A mobile app that can seamlessly integrate a work life balance with patient care. Will allow organizations to have more autonomy with vacation picking periods. An automated notification system will free up time and re assure the employees that their vacation is secure.
Streamline Staffing Process with SMS Communication
The main goal of this project is to streamline the staffing process by enabling SMS communication for staffing requirements. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching and understanding the current staffing process. - Developing a system for SMS communication for staffing requirements. - Designing an interface for the system. - Testing the system to ensure it is functioning properly. - Implementing the system into the existing staffing process.

We are working to provide hospitals and clinics with an application that will automate and standardize the outdated procedure currently being used to request diagnostic examinations. This application will allow Physicians to input requests for diagnostic imaging and allow the receiving Imaging department to know exactly what to do when a request is received. Processing imaging requests in the current environment takes copious amounts of time and working hours/days. By utilizing AI and other creative logic, we plan to automate all the mundane tasks in-between the Physician requesting the test and the receiving department. We’ve aligned our core competency with their ever-evolving initiatives related with COVID-19. The goal will be to define business strategies for best market fit. Market research on what potential market sales could look like. What the current Market needs and what does the customer want to see from an AI analytics software program. Cost for customer acquisition and what kind of marketing strategy will need to be deployed.

We would like further business analytics in, market analysis, data mining and development of analytical tools for decision support. We aim to standardize the workflow from physician to completion of exam. We would like to work with students and develop the program from data entry to workflow output.
