This Intrapreneurship project will bring on two students to work with us to ensure that our internal data resources are working for us, rather than against us. We use simple "no-code" tools like Airtable and Hubspot to organize information about ventures and projects, and while these are serving us well, they have grown organically, and will start to become hinderances as we continue to scale our operations. There are some gaps in the information, and well as a generalized disorganization, both which need to be rectified, as well as offering opportunities for improvement, specifically for keen minds to investigate, propose, and test new approaches.

This project will accommodate to two students.
TIME COMMITMENT PER STUDENT/TEMPS DE TRAVAIL PAR ÉTUDIANT:
This project will require a time commitment of 70 hours per student.
KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET:
- Clean project and CRM databases: removing duplication, filling in missing information
- Coordinating with Impact Services teams and Marketing Team to research and add new entries
- Provide fresh perspectives and brainstorm ideas on automated data ingestion, new data sources, etc.
IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES/RÔLES/RESPONSABILITÉS:
- Ability to learn new web tools (no technical expertise required, just an aptitude to learn)
- Ability to perform simple web research
- Attention to detail
FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES/LIVRABLES DU PROJET:
- Simple proposal for new data/project management strategies and additional tools
- Research into potential new sources for data
- Cleaned, de-duplicated and missing information entered for Hubspot contact entries
- Cleaned, de-duplicated and missing information entered for Airtable project entries
