The main goal for the project is to facilitate educational and recreational activities for school children in the afternoon. The project aims to provide a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and have fun after school hours.


This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Collaborating with school staff to understand the needs and interests of the children.


- Planning and organizing educational and recreational activities suitable for the age group.


- Creating a schedule and curriculum for the afternoon groups.


- Implementing and supervising the activities to ensure a positive and enriching experience for the children.


- Evaluating the effectiveness of the program and making adjustments as needed.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A comprehensive plan for afternoon groups, including a schedule and curriculum.


- Implementation of the planned activities with regular supervision and evaluation.


- Feedback and evaluation reports from both the school staff and the participating children.


Final deliverables should include:


- A detailed report on the effectiveness of the program and any recommendations for improvement.


- Documentation of the activities and experiences, including photos and testimonials from the children and staff.
