Details

Coello Creative Agency seeks a team of learners to develop a comprehensive and innovative marketing campaign. The goal is to increase brand awareness and engagement through a multi-faceted approach. The project involves five distinct roles: Social Media Marketing Intern, Community Outreach Liaison, Data & Market Research Intern, Virtual Assistant, and Graphic Design + Copywriting. Each role will contribute unique perspectives and specialized skills to create a cohesive and effective campaign. The team will collaborate closely with Coello's in-house team to ensure alignment with the company's brand and objectives. The project will provide learners with practical experience in market research, social media strategy, community engagement, and creative content development.

Deliverables

Position 1: Social Media Marketing Intern:

- Completion of a detailed marketing campaign plan, including timelines and strategies for each stage.

- Social media content calendar and sample posts.


Position 2: Community Outreach Liaison

- Execution of a complete community outreach plan with identified key partners and engagement strategies.

- Implementation of strategy including sending emails & making calls to our warm market to give them more information about our goals and how we can help their company thrive.


Position 3: Virtual Assistant (direct to Founder)

- Completing a variety of administrative tasks including (but not limited to) software research, software set-up, data organization (digital files), support with client onboarding, etc.

** This is a GREAT position for anyone that is interested in executive level roles in organizations. You will learn a lot of the behind-the-scenes. **


Position 4: Graphic Design + Copywriting

- Provide 52 graphic design assets (with plug & play templates provided by company) and 52 short copywriting samples for promotional materials.

Providing specialized, in-depth knowledge and general industry insights for a comprehensive understanding.

Sharing knowledge in specific technical skills, techniques, methodologies required for the project.

Hands-on support

Direct involvement in project tasks, offering guidance, and demonstrating techniques.

Providing access to necessary tools, software, and resources required for project completion.

Regular meetings

Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
