The main goal for the project is to create a social media campaign strategy that effectively promotes the mission of Unashamed Inc, which is to journey with current and transitioning foster youth and young adults, between the ages of 14-26, to overcome shame and know they have value and purpose, so they believe they belong in this world. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching the target audience and their social media habits.


- Developing a content calendar with engaging and relevant content.


- Creating a plan for social media advertising and promotion.


- Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the campaign.


- Collaborating with the Unashamed Inc team to ensure the campaign aligns with their mission and values.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:


- A comprehensive social media campaign strategy document.


- A content calendar with planned posts and engagement strategies.


- A budget and plan for social media advertising.


- A presentation outlining the KPIs and measurement plan for the campaign.


- Collaboration with the Unashamed Inc team to ensure alignment with their mission and values.


Final deliverables:


- A finalized social media campaign strategy document.


- A presentation to the Unashamed Inc team outlining the strategy and implementation plan.

Through various programs and services, we “plant seeds” to equip youth and young adults with the tools they need to dismantle unhealthy generational patterns and transition from surviving to thriving. We seek to support, inspire, and empower young men and women who have found themselves in these difficult situations and sow seeds of hope, resiliency and the skills needed for a positive future - even when they can’t see a future in sight.
