The project overall presented a lackluster approach to improving Rhozeland’s customer engagement and feedback collection through automation and conversational design. While the final submission checks off many of the formal requirements, the process raised several concerns that need to be addressed for any future collaboration. Communication was a major issue—only two team members were consistently responsive, and overall engagement with our team was minimal. There were few updates or follow-ups, which led to confusion around roles, expectations, and timelines. Additionally, the team did not follow the communication protocols that were outlined at the beginning, and there was a clear lack of proactive coordination throughout the project. Several important documents, including key spreadsheets, were missing or inaccessible, which made it difficult to fully understand the project’s progress or scope. This disconnect was compounded by poor communication, which led to a misalignment in understanding the overall goals of the project. With stronger engagement and more regular check-ins, many of these issues could have been avoided. Moving forward, we strongly encourage a more collaborative and communicative approach to ensure that both the process and the final product meet expectations.
